Succinylcholine

琥珀膽鹼
Mechanism of action:
Succinylcholine 是一種去極化型神經肌肉阻斷劑(depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent),屬於乙醯膽鹼類似物(acetylcholine analog)。Succinylcholine 能與運動終板(motor end-plate)上的菸鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體(nicotinic acetylcholine receptor)結合,模擬乙醯膽鹼(acetylcholine)的作用,造成去極化(depolarization),但 succinylcholine 不會被突觸間隙的乙醯膽鹼酯酶(acetylcholinesterase)快速分解,使運動終板長時間維持在去極化狀態,形成鬆弛性麻痺(flaccid paralysis)。
