Sulfinpyrazone

磺吡酮

Mechanism of action:

Sulfinpyrazone 是一種尿酸排泄促進劑（uricosuric agent），屬於吡唑烷二酮（pyrazolidinedione）衍生物。Sulfinpyrazone 能抑制在腎臟近端腎小管的尿酸轉運蛋白 1（urate transporter 1，URAT1）等尿酸再吸收轉運蛋白，減少尿酸自腎小管腔回收至血液，使尿酸排泄量增加、血中尿酸濃度下降。Sulfinpyrazone 同時也能降低 ADP 與血栓素 A₂（thromboxane A₂）介導的血小板聚集。
