Sulindac

Mechanism of action:
Sulindac 在體內會先被還原為活性代謝物 sulindac sulfide。Sulindac sulfide 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase），包含 COX-1 與 COX-2，阻斷花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉化為前列腺素（prostaglandin）與血栓素（thromboxane）的過程，降低發炎反應與疼痛感受。
