Suramin

Mechanism of action:
Suramin 是一種多磺酸化萘基脲化合物（polysulfonated naphthylurea compound）。Suramin 的明確作用機制尚未清楚，但已知能抑制布氏錐蟲（Trypanosoma brucei）的糖解作用相關酵素、ATP 利用與生成路徑、DNA 與 RNA 聚合酶等。
