Telbivudine

替比夫定

Mechanism of action:

Telbivudine 是一種核苷類反轉錄酶抑制劑（nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor），屬於胸苷（thymidine）類似物。Telbivudine 進入細胞後，依序被細胞的激酶磷酸化為有活性的 telbivudine triphosphate。Telbivudine triphosphate 會與 dTTP 競爭，被摻入病毒 DNA 中，抑制 HBV 的 DNA 聚合酶（DNA polymerase）或 HIV 反轉錄酶（reverse transcriptase），導致病毒 DNA 延長終止，使病毒無法完成複製。
