Temazepam

替馬西泮

Mechanism of action:

Temazepam 是一種苯二氮平類（benzodiazepine）衍生物。Temazepam 結合於中樞神經系統 GABA_A 受體上的苯二氮平結合位點，以增強 GABAergic 的抑制作用。當 GABA 與這些受體結合時，氯離子（Cl⁻）通道開啟，使神經元膜超極化（hyperpolarization），導致神經元興奮性下降，降低邊緣系統與大腦皮質的過度活化。
