Tenecteplase

替奈普酶

Mechanism of action:

Tenecteplase 是一種組織型纖溶酶原活化劑（tissue plasminogen activator）。Tenecteplase 可將結合於纖維蛋白（fibrin）的纖溶酶原（plasminogen）轉化為有活性的纖溶酶（plasmin），分解血栓中的纖維蛋白。
