Teniposide

替尼泊苷

Mechanism of action:

Teniposide 是一種拓撲異構酶 II 抑制劑（topoisomerase II inhibitor），屬於表鬼臼毒素（epipodophyllotoxin）衍生物。拓撲異構酶 II 的正常功能是暫時切斷雙股 DNA，解開纏繞或超螺旋，再將 DNA 重新接合。Teniposide 會與 DNA-拓撲異構酶 II 複合體結合，穩定 DNA 被切斷但尚未重新接合的狀態，導致細胞內累積大量雙股 DNA 斷裂，最後引起細胞凋亡。
