Tenofovir

替諾福韋

Mechanism of action:

Tenofovir 是一種核苷酸類反轉錄酶抑制劑（nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor）。Tenofovir 在細胞內經激酶作用，轉化為活性形式的 tenofovir diphosphate（不是 triphosphate），該分子在功能上類似 dATP，能與 dATP 競爭，被 HIV 反轉錄酶或 HBV DNA 聚合酶誤認並摻入正在合成的病毒 DNA 中。因為 tenofovir 缺乏 3’-OH 基團，會讓病毒 DNA 合成停止。
