Teriparatide

Teriparatide 是一種副甲狀腺素類似物（parathyroid hormone analog），為人類副甲狀腺素第 1-34 胺基酸片段（recombinant human PTH 1-34）。Teriparatide 會與骨骼中成骨細胞（osteoblast）表面的副甲狀腺素-1 受體（parathyroid hormone 1 receptor）結合，啟動 Gs 蛋白-腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase）路徑，使 cAMP 上升，活化蛋白激酶 A（protein kinase A），誘發一系列促進骨形成的基因表達，促進成骨細胞分化。
