Tetracaine

丁卡因

Mechanism of action:

Tetracaine 是一種對胺基苯甲酸（PABA）衍生物。Tetracaine 為脂溶性分子，可穿過神經細胞膜進入細胞內，結合於電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated sodium channel）的內腔位點，穩定其失活狀態（inactivated state），導致去極化（depolarization）無法進行，動作電位無法傳播。
