Tetrahydrozoline

四氫唑啉

Mechanism of action:

Tetrahydrozoline 是一種 α-腎上腺素受體促效劑（α-adrenergic agonist），屬於咪唑啉類（imidazoline）衍生物。Tetrahydrozoline 會作用於結膜或鼻黏膜血管平滑肌上的 α₁ 受體，啟動 Gq 蛋白訊號路徑，促進 IP₃ 生成，細胞質鈣離子濃度增加，使血管平滑肌收縮。
