硫噴妥
Mechanism of action:
Thiopental 是一種硫代巴比妥酸(thiobarbiturate)衍生物。Thiopental 會結合於 GABA_A 受體的巴比妥結合位點,增強 GABA 的抑制作用,延長氯離子通道開啟時間,使氯離子內流增加,導致神經元膜電位超極化(hyperpolarization),使神經元更不容易產生動作電位。
