Thioridazine

硫利達嗪
Mechanism of action:
Thioridazine 屬於多受體拮抗型分子。Thioridazine 會拮抗中腦邊緣通路(mesolimbic pathway)的多巴胺 D₂ 受體,降低多巴胺過度活化造成的陽性症狀;也能拮抗毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體(muscarinic acetylcholine receptor),降低 D₂ 阻斷所造成的錐體外症狀(extrapyramidal symptoms,EPS)。
