替沃噻噸

Mechanism of action:

Thiothixene 是一種噻噸類（thioxanthene）衍生物。Thiothixene 會高親和力拮抗中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）的多巴胺 D₂ 受體，減少多巴胺過度活化所導致的陽性症狀。
