Tiagabine

噻加賓

Mechanism of action:

Tiagabine 是一種選擇性 GABA 再回收抑制劑（GABA reuptake inhibitor）。Tiagabine 會高度選擇性地抑制神經元與膠細胞膜上的 GABA 轉運蛋白 1（GAT-1，GABA transporter-1），阻止 GABA 從突觸間隙被回收進細胞內，使突觸間隙中的 GABA 濃度上升、作用時間延長，增強對 GABA_A 與 GABA_B 受體的抑制性作用。
