Tiludronate

替魯膦酸

Mechanism of action:

Tiludronate 是一種雙磷酸鹽類（bisphosphonate）衍生物。Tiludronate 具有與羥磷灰石（hydroxyapatite）的高親和力，優先沉積於骨吸收活躍的表面。Tiludronate 在破骨細胞（osteoclast）內會被代謝為無法水解的 ATP 類似物（non-hydrolyzable ATP analogues），干擾細胞能量代謝，導致破骨細胞功能抑制與凋亡。
