Tiotropium

噻托溴銨

Mechanism of action:

Tiotropium 是一種毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Tiotropium 會競爭性阻斷支氣管平滑肌上的 M₃ 毒蕈鹼型受體，抑制乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）所引發的支氣管平滑肌收縮。
