Tolmetin

托美汀

Mechanism of action:

Tolmetin 是一種芳基乙酸類（arylacetic acid）衍生物。Tolmetin 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase），包含 COX-1 與 COX-2，阻止將花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉換為前列腺素（prostaglandin）與血栓素（thromboxane），降低發炎訊號、痛覺敏感化與發燒反應。
