Tolterodine

托特羅定

Mechanism of action:

Tolterodine 是一種毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor）。Tolterodine 能競爭性拮抗膀胱逼尿肌上的 M₃ 毒蕈鹼型受體，阻斷副交感神經釋放的乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）與該受體結合，抑制逼尿肌收縮訊號。
