Toremifene
托瑞米芬
Mechanism of action:
Toremifene 是一種選擇性雌激素受體調節劑（selective estrogen receptor modulator），屬於三苯乙烯類（triphenylethylene）衍生物。Toremifene 可拮抗乳腺細胞中的雌激素受體（estrogen receptor）ERα、ERβ，阻止內源性雌激素啟動與細胞增殖相關的基因轉錄，抑制 ER⁺ 乳癌細胞的生長與分裂。Toremifene 對於子宮內膜的 ERα、ERβ 受體則有輕微促效作用，可能刺激內膜增生。
