Mechanism of action:
Tretinoin 是一種全反式視黃酸(all-trans retinoic acid)。Tretinoin 可進入細胞核與視黃酸受體(retinoic acid receptor)RARα、RARβ、RARγ 結合,並與 RXR(retinoid X receptor)形成異源二聚體。RAR/RXR 複合體會結合至 DNA 上的視黃酸反應元件(retinoic acid response element),改變多種與細胞分化、增殖與角化相關基因的轉錄活性,抑制角質形成細胞過度增生、促進表皮細胞正常分化等。
