Triamterene
氨苯喋啶
Mechanism of action:
Triamterene 是一種保鉀型利尿劑（potassium-sparing diuretic），屬於上皮鈉離子通道抑制劑（epithelial sodium channel inhibitor）。Triamterene 能直接阻斷腎小管主細胞膜上的上皮鈉離子通道（ENaC），使鈉離子無法自管腔再吸收進入細胞。正常情況下，鈉離子進入細胞會在管腔側形成負電位，促進鉀離子與氫離子分泌。當鈉離子再吸收下降，管腔負電位減少，鉀離子與氫離子分泌就隨之減少。
