Trifluoperazine

三氟拉嗪

Mechanism of action:

Trifluoperazine 是一種啡噻𠯤類（phenothiazine）衍生物。Trifluoperazine 主要在中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）中阻斷多巴胺 D₂ 受體（Gi/o 蛋白偶聯受體），從而減少多巴胺過度活化所引起的陽性症狀。
