Mechanism of action:
Trihexyphenidyl 是一種中樞作用型毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（centrally acting muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Trihexyphenidyl 可抑制乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）與 M₁ 毒蕈鹼型受體結合，減少乙醯膽鹼性神經傳導。
