Trimipramine
三甲丙咪嗪
Mechanism of action:
Trimipramine 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant），屬於二苯並氮䓬類（dibenzazepine）衍生物。Trimipramine 主要能拮抗中樞神經的 H₁ 組織胺受體與 5-HT₂A/5-HT₂C 受體，而產生鎮靜、降低焦慮的情況。Trimipramine 對血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter）與正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter）的抑制作用較弱。
