Tropicamide

托吡卡胺

Mechanism of action:

Tropicamide 是一種毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Tropicamide 能阻斷虹膜與睫狀體平滑肌的 M₃ 毒蕈鹼型受體，使瞳孔括約肌、睫狀肌放鬆。
