Ursodiol

熊二醇

Mechanism of action:

Ursodiol 是一種親水性膽汁酸（hydrophilic bile acid）。Ursodiol 能取代膽汁中原本較具細胞毒性的疏水性膽汁酸（如鵝去氧膽酸，chenodeoxycholic acid），降低膽汁對肝細胞與膽管上皮細胞的毒性，穩定細胞膜結構，減少細胞損傷與發炎。Ursodiol 能促進膽汁分泌與膽汁流動，減少膽汁鬱積（cholestasis）；降低膽汁中膽固醇分泌量，抑制膽固醇結石形成。
