Vasopressin

抗利尿激素

Mechanism of action:

Vasopressin 是一種內源性胜肽荷爾蒙，由下視丘合成、經腦下垂體後葉釋放。Vasopressin 對於腎集尿管主細胞的 V₂ 受體，能活化 Gs 蛋白偶聯訊號路徑，促使水通道蛋白 AQP2 插入細胞頂膜，增加水分再吸收，尿量下降、尿液濃縮；對於血管平滑肌的 V₁a 受體，能活化 Gq/11 蛋白偶聯訊號路徑，讓血管平滑肌收縮，血壓上升；而對於腦下垂體前葉的 V₁b 受體，能促進促腎上腺皮質素（adrenocorticotropic hormone）分泌。
