Venlafaxine

文拉法辛

Mechanism of action:

Venlafaxine 是一種血清素-正腎上腺素回收抑制劑（serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor）。Venlafaxine 可選擇性抑制突觸前神經元的血清素轉運體（serotonin transporter）與正腎上腺素轉運體（norepinephrine transporter），使突觸間隙的血清素（serotonin）與正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）無法回收，增強兩者在中樞神經的傳導作用。
