Vigabatrin

氨己烯酸

Mechanism of action:

Vigabatrin 是一種 GABA（γ-aminobutyric acid）代謝抑制劑。Vigabatrin 能不可逆抑制 GABA 轉胺酶（GABA transaminase），讓 GABA 無法被正常代謝清除，使腦內 GABA 濃度上升，導致 GABA_A 與 GABA_B 受體活化增加，神經元超極化（hyperpolarization），增強中樞神經系統的抑制性神經傳導。
