Viloxazine

維洛沙嗪

Mechanism of action:

Viloxazine 是一種正腎上腺素再回收抑制劑（norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor）。Viloxazine 能抑制神經元的正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter），阻止正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）回收，使其在突觸間隙的濃度上升，增強正腎上腺素的作用。
