Vincristine

長春新鹼

Mechanism of action:

Vincristine 是一種長春花生物鹼（vinca alkaloid），屬於微管抑制劑（microtubule inhibitor）。Vincristine 會專一性結合於 β-微管蛋白（β-tubulin），阻止 α/β 微管蛋白二聚體正常聚合成微管，讓微管無法正常形成，導致紡錘體（mitotic spindle）也因此無法正常形成，使細胞停滯於有絲分裂中期（metaphase arrest）。
