Zafirlukast

扎魯司特

Mechanism of action:

Zafirlukast 是一種 CysLT₁ 白三烯受體拮抗劑（CysLT₁ receptor antagonist）。Zafirlukast 會競爭性阻斷白三烯（leukotriene）C₄、D₄、E₄（LTC₄、LTD₄、LTE₄）與 CysLT₁ 受體的結合，抑制白三烯介導的發炎與呼吸道收縮反應。
