Zanamivir

扎那米韋

Mechanism of action:

Zanamivir 是一種神經胺酸酶抑制劑（neuraminidase inhibitor），為唾液酸（sialic acid）結構類似物。Zanamivir 可與流感病毒表面的神經胺酸酶（neuraminidase）的活性位點高親和力結合，阻斷其切割宿主細胞表面唾液酸殘基的能力，導致病毒無法從細胞表面脫離釋放並感染其他細胞。
