Zonisamide

唑尼沙胺

Mechanism of action:

Zonisamide 是一種磺胺類（sulfonamide）衍生物。Zonisamide 可透過阻斷電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated sodium channel），抑制神經元的快速重複放電，降低動作電位異常連續產生；也會抑制 T 型鈣離子通道（T-type calcium channel），降低神經元同步化，穩定神經網路活動。
